Horrifying scenes have emerged as Baltimore running back Justice Hill was immobilized following a collision with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In the second quarter, the game was tied 7-7 when Hill quickly ran with the ball from the left wing.

Hill’s run had covered 25 yards by the time he approached the sideline and was tackled by Steelers safety Domantae Kazee. Hill’s momentum launched him high upon contact, while the Pittsburgh safety stayed low on his effort.

The running back remained motionless on the grass for several minutes, causing concern on the Ravens’ sideline. Coaches, players and staff immediately recognized the injury and signaled medical personnel to assist.

Fortunately, Hill got up and walked off the field after the scare. He was later removed from the game with a concussion.
