TomaGold announces debt settlement with shares (TSXV:LOT:CA)

  • TomaAltın (TSXV:LOT: APPROX.) announced The company settled a total of $541,000 of its outstanding debt by issuing a total of 27,069,047 shares of common stock to creditors at an assumed price of $0.02 per share.
  • The company plans to complete the second tranche of the private placement consisting of up to 9.4 million shares priced at $0.025 and up to 25 million shares priced at $0.02 for total gross proceeds of up to $735 thousand.
